ARES CYBER DEFENSE, LLC Terms of Service
Scope of Services: ARES CYBER DEFENSE, LLC (herein “Company”) provides Software as a Service (SaaS) and associated services to customers (herein “Client”). All services are provided subject to these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions of Use: The Client agrees to use the Company’s services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property laws and privacy regulations. The Client is solely responsible for any content they provide or upload during their use of the Company's services.
Termination of Services: Either party may terminate this agreement upon fifteen (15) days written notice unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Services will be terminated on the fifteenth day after such notice was given, and both parties agree to cooperate in good faith for an orderly termination process.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the performance or breach of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of American Arbitration Association in Austin, Texas.
Indemnification and Liability Protection : The Company does not provide any warranty either expressed or implied for its SaaS products or services that is being offered under this Agreement. The parties specifically disclaim any liability or responsibility related to the Client’s use of its products or services even if they were advised by the Company on potential risks associated with such usage prior entering into this Agreement. In no event shall either party be liable for consequential damages arising out of this contract, even if one party has been advised in advance of the possibility thereof. Further, the Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company from all claims related to their useof the Company's products or services provided hereunder which arise either directly or indirectly through third parties authorized by them for such use .
Data Collection: All data collected by ARES CYBER DEFENSE, LLC through its SaaS products will remain secured at all times using industry standard methods like encryption; however we do not take responsibility for any loss that may result due to malicious acts undertaken against our systems outside our control . The client will have access only to those pieces of data relatedto their account, except when it is required by law enforcement agencies in pursuit of criminal investigation .
Copyright/Trademark Policies: ARES CYBER DEFENSE, LLC reserves all rights over its proprietary information including trademarks , logos , images , copyrights , patents , etc.. Clients must refrain from infringing upon these rights while using our service unless they are explicitly authorized by us beforehand .
8 Disclaimers : By accepting these terms , Clients understand that ARES CYBER DEFENSE will not guarantee that results achieve d through use o f its SaaS solution s will meet business needs Specific t o them ; further risk o f agreed upon outcomes cannot be assumed b y th e company at large . AdditionallyClients agree that theywill bear responsibility f o r th eir interactions with third-party app developers , customers suppliers et cetera in connection wi th ARES CYBER DEFENSE offerings .

10 Restrictions on Use: Clients agree not touseARES CYBERDEFENSEproductsor servicestoaccess transfer storeusesenddistributeorgenerally makethedataavailable to otherswithout expressauthorization fromthecompanyTheclientalsounderstandsthatthecompanyreservestherighttodenyaccesstoservicesforanyreasonincludingbutnotlimitedto violationof t heaboverules
